THE VISION 

The motivation and driving force behind our business is to provide Indigenous-Inclusive programs and services to Tribal communities and Organizations that impact Indigenous Communities. Our work targets Tribal economies/entities, workforce systems, educational institutions, and nonprofits to create forward-thinking solutions to solve problems that empower the Indigenous Voice.  Ultimately, our efforts will impact the Indigenous economies both locally and Tribally. Our programs and projects incorporate immersive learning, Indigenous Identity, and multimedia. 

Collaboration and Indigenous Identity are the foundations to the work we do within the organization.

We strive to collaborate with individuals, programs, organizations already doing great and innovative things. Most importantly, we work to establish a shared language that encompasses indigenous perspectives and how that aligns to westernize systems.

OUR WORK

Create forward-thinking solutions to solve problems that empowers the Indigenous Voice with a focus on Tribal Economies/Entities, workforce systems, educational institutions, and nonprofits.

Workforce and Education

We create collaborative System-Level and On-the-Ground Programmatic Workforce Development Initiatives. Initiatives range from career pathways, WIOA, Career Development, Apprenticeships, Stackable Programs, Competency-Based, and Employe-Driven. We co-create immersive experiences such as Career Nights, Job Fairs, and Project-based Events.

Indigenous Entrepreneurship

Creating collaborative solutions that support Indigenous entrepreneurs through immersive programs, services, events, and workshops. We utilize an Indigenous Framework to create systems or programs that align to social entrepreneurship and solidarity economy. We co-create immersive experiences such as our signature Matriarch Mixer and Pop-up experiences like markets, speaker series, or summits. Ultimately, we promote economic opportunities for Indigenous entrepreneurs and businesses, tourism, and workforce development.

Tribal Relations Services

Tribal relations services foster reciprocal partnerships between organizations/institutions/systems and Native Nations, emphasizing trust, collaboration, and respect for Tribal sovereignty, culture, and traditions. We specialize in the areas of: Grant and Resource Assistance, Economic Development Support, Community Engagement, Business Development, Cultural Competency and Education, Health and Social Services. We work directly with Tribal Nations including Tribal leaders, community members, and organizations.

Capacity Building/DEI

Capacity building services are provided to increase knowledge, skill, ability, and awareness in the areas of Cultural Capacity, Diversity and Inclusion, Nonprofit Management, Program Design, and Strategic Planning. The focus of the programs is to better serve Indigenous populations and communities. We co-create immersive experiences such as outreach activities, community conversations, or conferences.

Create content utilizing our lived experiences and Indigenous perspective to support the all areas of production and storytelling. We build long-term relationships partnerships forged on respect and mutuality with Indigenous Communities, Movements, and Nations to serve as a resource to advance Indigenous Voices. We produce immersive experiences such as live events, pop-up experiences, and media enhanced events.
